Men's Tennis Falls to No. 28 Alabama, 4-1
Deacons continue play Saturday in consolation bracket.

MONTGOMERY, Ala. - The Wake Forest men's tennis team dropped a 4-1
decision to 28th-ranked Alabama on Friday in the consolation round of play
at the Blue-Gray Tournament in Montgomery, AL.
The Demon Deacons (6-7) were only able to capture one singles match
and only were victorious in one match in the doubles' competition. Junior
Michael Berger was the lone victor in singles competition for the Deacs.
He defeated Graydon Oliver at No. 3 singles in straight sets by a score of
7-5, 7-6. The Deacons' victory in the doubles play came from the team of
Myles Clouston and Raul Munoz as they defeated the Crimson Tide's Francisco
Rodriguez and Ariel Rivero by a score of 9-8 (7-5).
Wake Forest will continue play in the Blue-Gray Tournament tomorrow
with another match in the event's consolation bracket.
