Men's and Women's Cross Country at the Wolverine Interregional
Kraus leads women to third place finish, men place 10th.

ANN ARBOR, Mich. - Junior Janelle Kraus led the Wake Forest women's cross country team to a third place finish at the prestigious Wolverine Interregional on Sunday in Ann Arbor, Mich.
Kraus, who had finished first in each of her previous four races, placed second with a time of 17:42, just five seconds back of individual champion JoAnna Deeter of Notre Dame.
The Demon Deacons scored 101 points in the meet which fielded 15 top teams. Michigan (71) and Georgetown (87) finished first and second, respectively.
Junior Emily Selvidio (18:28) recorded a top 20 finish for the Demon Deacons as she placed 19th.
The men's squad did not fare quite as well, placing 10th of 11 teams. Sophomore Stephan Pro (25:49) was Wake Forest's top finisher with a 16th place finish.
The cross country squads will next be in action at the ACC Championships on November 2.
